Ingredients:
- 1 stand Mini idlies - 72 nos.
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
- 14 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp Asaofetida
- 5-6 Fresh mint leaves chopped
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok or kadai. Add the turmeric and chili powder. stir them.
- Add cooled mini idlies quickly, so the powder doesn't burn.
- Stir fry till the idlies are heated through.
- Switch off the stove.
- Add pepper powder and chaat masala. Saute it again.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve with any chutney or plain yogurt.
hi kanchana...i have tried mini idlis but not spicy one...looks it will taste gud...i will try...
