- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup Cooked rice
- 1/2" Ginger grated
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 4 Curry leaf
- Salt to taste
- 1 Green chili finely chopped
- 4 tsp Pomegranate
- 1 tsp Oil
- Water
- 10 nos. Black grapes(optional)
Method:
- In a bowl cool the cooked rice. Beat the yogurt to a smooth paste.
- Mix to the rice and salt and coriander leaves.
- Heat a pan add oil, when hot add mustard, urad dal, curry leaf, green chili and grated ginger. Saute for few seconds then pour to the rice.
- Now adjust to semisolid consistency by adding water.
- Finally add the pomegranate or black grapes.
- Serve with any pickles.
- Curd rice completes our meal.
