Ingredients:
- 4-6 Hard boiled eggs
1 cup Bengal gram flour
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Water
Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Discard the shells of the eggs and keep aside.
- Now in a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, salt, chili powder, asafoetida, turmeric powder, 1 tsp oil and mix well.
- Now add water and mix to a thick batter.
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Dip the whole egg or halved egg in the batter and drop into the hot oil.
- Fry until nice golden brown color is formed.
- Remove and place on a paper towel.
- Serve this delicious Egg bonda as a snacks.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tortilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Tomato chopped
- 4 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat a pan, add oil, when hot break the eggs and add chili powder and salt.
- Mix well and roast to make scrambled eggs.
- Now heat an other pan, toast the tortillas.
- Take a tortilla, add scrambled eggs in the center, add onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
- Roll the tortillas and place in a griller.
- Grill it for a minute and serve hot.
- Enjoy this easy making egg tortillas.
Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Onions finely chopped
- 2 cups Tomato chopped
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 4 Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 3 cups Water
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat a kadai or wok, add oil, when hot add mustard seeds, when they splutter add onion, curry leaves and garlic.
- Fry well. Now add tomatoes and fry until oil leaves the sides.
- Add chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
- Saute it. Now add water and salt.
- Allow to boil, add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Now simmer the heat. Break the eggs in to the curry.
- Close the lid and cook in slow flame.
- Once the eggs is cooked flip in gently and cook again.
- Transfer the curry gently to a serving bowl.
- Serve along with hot steamed rice or chapati.
Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 4 Green chili
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Crush the garlic or grate them finely.
- Chop green chillies finely.
- In a bowl break the eggs.
- Add garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, pepper powder and salt.
- Beat it well or blend with electric blender.
- Heat a pan or tava.
- Add 1/2 tsp of oil, spread it on the tava with a paper towel.
- When hot add one ladle of egg mixture and spread with the ladle gently in a circular motion like dosas.
- Pour oil to the sides, when light brown at bottom, flip the omelette.
- You can smell the aroma of garlic.
- Fry on the other side, transfer to a plate.
- Repeat his process with the remaining egg mixture.
- Serve hot with toasted bread as breakfast or serve as a side dish for rice.
- Enjoy the garlic omelette.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Dil / Sabsige leaves
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Onions finely chopped
- 3 Dry red chillies broken into half
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Urad dal
- 1 tbsp Chana dal
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Wash the dil leaves and discard the hard stem at bottom.
- Finely chop them and keep aside.
- Break eggs in a bowl and beat them well.
- Now heat a non stick pan, add oil, add mustard seeds, when splutters add urad dal and chana dal.
- When the dals turn light brown and dry red chillies, onion, garlic, green chillies and dil leaves.
- Saute well, add salt, close the lid and cook for 4 mins.
- Now add the egg and keep stirring. Once the eggs are scrambled reduce the flame.
- Close the lid and cook for 2 mins.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Serve as a side dish.
Note:
- Egg lovers can add more eggs. Eggs can be added more or less.
Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Oil

- Boil the eggs with water for 10mins.
- Remove the outer shell of the eggs.
- Slightly cut on four sides of the eggs, so that the masala are absorbed to the inner part of the eggs.
- Heat a pan, add oil, when hot add ginger garlic paste.
- Add chili powder, turmeric and salt and fry them well.
- Now add the eggs and fry them well by tossing.
- Remove to a serving bowl and serve.

- Now heat a pan, add oil, add mustard. When they splutter add onion and fry them.
- Add tomato and fry until oil is left towards sides.
- Add chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 cup of water and salt. Allow to boil.
- Now gently place the eggs in the pan, the egg yolk facing downwards.
- reduce the flame. Once all the water is evaporated, gently turn the eggs to the other side.
- See that all the masala is coated on the eggs.
- Add coriander and saute it gently.
- Transfer to the serving plate.
- Serve with rice as side dish.
- Kids will eat in one gulp.
