Egg Fry

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Oil

  1. Boil the eggs with water for 10mins.
  2. Remove the outer shell of the eggs.
  3. Slightly cut on four sides of the eggs, so that the masala are absorbed to the inner part of the eggs.
  4. Heat a pan, add oil, when hot add ginger garlic paste.
  5. Add chili powder, turmeric and salt and fry them well.
  6. Now add the eggs and fry them well by tossing.
  7. Remove to a serving bowl and serve.
