Vegetarian Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:
  • 4 slices Bread (Wheat bread)
  • 8 slices Cucumber
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 2 circularly sliced Onion
  • 8 slices Potato
  • 4 tbsp Mozzarella shredded cheese
  • 2 tsp green chutney
  • Ketchup


 Method:
  1. Heat the sandwich griller.
  2. Place the sliced potatoes and grill until cooked.
  3. Take one slice of bread and spread green chutney on top.
  4. Now place 4 grilled potatoes on the bread evenly.
  5. Place 4 sliced cucumbers evenly.
  6. On top of this place 1 slice of onion and i slice of tomato.
  7. Finally spread 2tbsp of mozzarella cheese.
  8. Top with the other slice of bread and place in the griller.
  9. Grill the bread until the grilled lines on bread are visible.
  10. Repeat with other slices of bread in the same way.
  11. Remove cut diagonally.
  12. Serve with Ketchup and green chutney.
  13. It is a quick, healthy, and tasty meals, nothing beats a vegetarian sandwich
