- 4 slices Bread (Wheat bread)
- 8 slices Cucumber
- 4 slices Tomato
- 2 circularly sliced Onion
- 8 slices Potato
- 4 tbsp Mozzarella shredded cheese
- 2 tsp green chutney
- Ketchup
Method:
- Heat the sandwich griller.
- Place the sliced potatoes and grill until cooked.
- Take one slice of bread and spread green chutney on top.
- Now place 4 grilled potatoes on the bread evenly.
- Place 4 sliced cucumbers evenly.
- On top of this place 1 slice of onion and i slice of tomato.
- Finally spread 2tbsp of mozzarella cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread and place in the griller.
- Grill the bread until the grilled lines on bread are visible.
- Repeat with other slices of bread in the same way.
- Remove cut diagonally.
- Serve with Ketchup and green chutney.
- It is a quick, healthy, and tasty meals, nothing beats a vegetarian sandwich
