Pan Cakes

  • 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour ( Maida)
  • 3 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg 
  • 3 tbsp Melted butter

Chocolate Pancakes

  1. Sieve the flour without any lumps.
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Make a well in the center and pour the milk, egg, and melted butter.
    Honey Pancakes
  5. Whisk them all together to make a smooth batter.
  6. If the batter seems too thick to pour, add a little more milk. 
  7. Cook on a hot, greased griddle, using about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  8. Cook until bubbly, a little dry around the edges, and lightly browned on the bottom; turn and brown the other side.
    Fruit Pancakes
  10. Now use your creativity and serve.
  11. Can be served with fruits like strawberries, blueberries, bananas, maple syrup, honey or chocolate sauce and topped with fresh whipped cream.
