Mint Chutney
Ingredients:
- Mint 1/4 cup
- Coriander 1/2 cup
- Onion 1/4 cup
- Garlic 1 clove
- Green chili 5nos.
- Tamarind Size of marble
- Coconut 2tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 3 tsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal 1/2 tsp
- Chana dal 1tbsp
- water
- Heat a pan, add 2tsp of oil.
- Add chana dal, onion, mint, coriander, garlic, green chili, tamarind and coconut.
- Fry them well.
- Cool it and grind to a fine paste with little water and salt.
- Switch it to a bowl.
- Now heat the remaining oil, add mustard, when splatters add urad dal. Fry until the dal changes to light brown and pour on top of the chutney.
- Serve with snacks or breakfast.
