- 4 cups cups Rice
- 1 cup Urad dal
- 1 tbsp Chana dal
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 1/4 cup Poha(beaten rice)
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Method:
- Separately soak rice, poha and urad dal. Along with the rice soak chana dal and fenugreek seeds at least 6 hour or overnight in water.
- Grind urad dal separately to fine paste.
- Grind all others together along with rice.
- Now mix all the grounded paste together, add salt with water to make batter.
- Leave in room temperature overnight. It should ferment.
- Heat pan or griddle with little ghee or oil.
- Spread the mix on pan in circular motion to make flat very thin Dosa.
- Cook on only one side, do not flip.
- Serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
