Mango Lassi / Smoothie

  • 1 cup Mango pulp or puree
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk chilled
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Cardamon powder

  1. Add mango and milk in a blender and blend till the pulp is smooth.
  2. Now add yogurt, sugar and cardamon powder and blend again.
  3. Transfer to a tall glass and serve immediately.

  1. If the smoothie is very thick, dilute by adding more milk.
