- 1 pack Noodles (1/2 lb)
- 1/4 cup Cabbage finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Carrot finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Green and Red Capsicum chopped
- 1/4 cup Beans chopped
- 1/4 cup Spring Onions chopped
- 1/4 cup Red onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Freshly ground pepper powder
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Chop all the vegetables into thin strips.
- Boil water in large quantity, add salt and 1 tsp oil.
- Add the noodles and boil it. Check the noodles by pressing it with fingers, it should cut into half when pressed. Do not overcook.
- Strain the noodles and rinse with cold water.
- Put this noodles in a large bowl of cold water.
- Now heat a kadai or wok, keep the flame high.
- Add oil, when hot add onion and cabbage. Fry well.
- Now add carrot and beans. saute for few mins.
- Now add the green and red capsicum, saute it.
- Drain all the water from noodles and add to the kadai.
- Using tong or two spatula start mixing well.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and salt.
- Mix well until the noodles is covered with all the ingredients.
- Finally add the spring onions and saute it.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
