- 1/2 cup Red Onions finely chopped
- 2 Green chillies
- 3 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 lemon size Tamarind
- 2 cups Water
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak tamarind in hot water. Remove the extract from it and keep aside.
- Now take a bowl add the tamarind extract, onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Squeeze them all well.
- Now add water to it and add salt.
- Mix well.
- Serve with hot steamed rice.
