- 3 cups Poha
- 1 cup Peas (fresh/frozen)
- 5 Green chillies chopped finely
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat a pan add oil, when hot add green chillies and peas.
- Fry them well. Be careful as the peas try to pop.
- When the peas is slightly roasted add the poha.
- Keep stirring as the poha will burn at bottom.
- When the poha is crisp, add little salt, as poha is salty by itself.
- Mix well and transfer to a bowl.
- Serve hot.
- Crunchy, sweet and spicy.
- Great with chai !!!
