French Toast

Ingredients:
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar 
  • 1 tsp Butter



Method:
  1. Beat the egg in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar and milk and blend well with electric blender.
  3. Cut the bread slices into half.
  4. Heat a pan. Spread oil.
  5. When hot, dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and gently place on the pan.
  6. Put 2 slices in the pan, when golden brown color is formed at the bottom of the bread slices, flip it.
  7. Toast on the other side.
  8. Repeat this process with other slices of breads.
  9. Serve hot with butter on top and with a glass of milk.
  10. Great for breakfast for kids.
