- 2 slices Bread
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Butter
Method:
- Beat the egg in a bowl.
- Add sugar and milk and blend well with electric blender.
- Cut the bread slices into half.
- Heat a pan. Spread oil.
- When hot, dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and gently place on the pan.
- Put 2 slices in the pan, when golden brown color is formed at the bottom of the bread slices, flip it.
- Toast on the other side.
- Repeat this process with other slices of breads.
- Serve hot with butter on top and with a glass of milk.
- Great for breakfast for kids.
