Garlic Omelette

Ingredients:
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 4 Green chili
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste


Method:
  1. Crush the garlic or grate them finely.
  2. Chop green chillies finely.
  3. In a bowl break the eggs.
  4. Add garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, pepper powder and salt.
  5. Beat it well or blend with electric blender.
  6. Heat a pan or tava.
  7. Add 1/2 tsp of oil, spread it on the tava with a paper towel.
  8. When hot add one ladle of egg mixture and spread with the ladle gently in a circular motion like dosas.
  9. Pour oil to the sides, when light brown at bottom, flip the omelette.
  10. You can smell the aroma of garlic.
  11. Fry on the other side, transfer to a plate.
  12. Repeat his process with the remaining egg mixture.
  13. Serve hot with toasted bread as breakfast or serve as a side dish for rice.
  14. Enjoy the garlic omelette.
