- 4 Eggs
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 4 Green chili
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Crush the garlic or grate them finely.
- Chop green chillies finely.
- In a bowl break the eggs.
- Add garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, pepper powder and salt.
- Beat it well or blend with electric blender.
- Heat a pan or tava.
- Add 1/2 tsp of oil, spread it on the tava with a paper towel.
- When hot add one ladle of egg mixture and spread with the ladle gently in a circular motion like dosas.
- Pour oil to the sides, when light brown at bottom, flip the omelette.
- You can smell the aroma of garlic.
- Fry on the other side, transfer to a plate.
- Repeat his process with the remaining egg mixture.
- Serve hot with toasted bread as breakfast or serve as a side dish for rice.
- Enjoy the garlic omelette.
