- 4 Fish fillets
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2" piece Ginger
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add all the ingredients in the mixie jar, leaving the fish.
- Grind to a fine paste adding very little water.
- Wash the fish and place in a bowl.
- Add the grounded paste to it and mix well, so that the fish is well coated with the masala.
- Marinate for 2-3 hours. Keep in refrigerator.
- Now heat a griller and place these marinated fishes on the grill.
- Spray oil and cook for 3 mins.
- Now flip the fish gently, spray oil and cook for 3 mins.
- Remove and serve on a plate with lemon wedges.
Note:
- This recipe can be done on normal non stick pan.
