- 2 cups Whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 cup Radish grated
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat a pan, add oil, when hot add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and radish.
- Mix well and cover the lid, cook until the radish is soft.
- Remove and allow it to cool.
- Now in a bowl add wheat flour, sauteed radish, coriander leaves, yogurt and salt.
- Mix well and make a firm soft dough. Add water if needed.
- Allow to rest for 10 mins.
- Now divide the dough into small equal balls.
- Dust a flat surface with dry flour and roll each ball into a flat thin disc.
- Heat tava and drizzle little oil.
- Now roast the paratha on both the sides.
- Repeat with all the other dough.
- Serve this hot paratha with any curry.
