- 1 cup Mango pulp or puree
- 1 1/2 cup Milk chilled
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Cardamon powder
Method:
- Add mango and milk in a blender and blend till the pulp is smooth.
- Now add yogurt, sugar and cardamon powder and blend again.
- Transfer to a tall glass and serve immediately.
Note:
- If the smoothie is very thick, dilute by adding more milk.
