- 1 boiled Potato crumbled
- 4 Green chillies slit
- 1/2 cup Onion sliced
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
- 4 Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Gram flour (Besan)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Dissolve gram flour in 1/2 cup of water and keep aside.
- Now heat a kadai or wok, add oil, when hot add mustard seeds, when the seeds splutter add onions, curry leaves, garlic and green chillies.
- Saute until onions are transparent.
- Now add turmeric powder and saute it.
- Add 2 cups of water and salt.
- Allow to boil, now add the crumbled boiled potatoes and keep stirring.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Now add the gramflour mixture and keep stirring.
- The curry thickens immediately.
- Cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve with hot puris.
