Chikoo / Sapota Milkshake

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Chikoo sliced (fresh / frozen)
  • 2 glasses Milk chilled
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 4 tbsp Sugar



 
Method:
  1. Add chikoo and 1/2 cup of milk in a blender, blend it until smooth.
  2. Now add remaining milk, sugar and fresh cream.
  3. Blend it for few seconds.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
  5. Ummmm Enjoy !!!

Note:
  1. This fruit is very rich in Vitamin A, which is god for vision and also kills parasites in our internal organs.
