Apple Milkshake

Ingredients:
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 1/2 glasses Milk chilled
  • 2 tbsp Sugar


Method:
  1. Peel the skin of the apples and slice them.
  2. Now add this into a blender along with 1 cup of milk.
  3. Blend til smooth.
  4. Now add the remaining milk and sugar.
  5. Blend for few more minutes and pout into a tall glass.
  6. Serve immediately. 
Note:
  1. An apple a day keeps the Doctor away.
  2. But nowadays we cant use the fruit as it is.
  3. As wax is applied on the apples for shine, it is better to peel the skin and use.
  4. Apples are very good source of fibre and also decreases Cholesterol level.
