- 1 Apple
- 1 1/2 glasses Milk chilled
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Method:
- Peel the skin of the apples and slice them.
- Now add this into a blender along with 1 cup of milk.
- Blend til smooth.
- Now add the remaining milk and sugar.
- Blend for few more minutes and pout into a tall glass.
- Serve immediately.
Note:
- An apple a day keeps the Doctor away.
- But nowadays we cant use the fruit as it is.
- As wax is applied on the apples for shine, it is better to peel the skin and use.
- Apples are very good source of fibre and also decreases Cholesterol level.
