- 1 cup mango pulp or puree
- 2 cups Milk chilled
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream
- 2 tbsp Whipped cream
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- Add mango pulp and 1 cup of milk in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
- Now add remaining milk, sugar and fresh cream, blend again.
- Now transfer the smoothie to a tall glass.
- Gently place whipped cream on top of the smoothie.
- Serve chilled immediately
Note:
- If the smoothie is very thick, dilute it by adding more milk.
