Poha Peas Chivda

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Poha
  • 1 cup Peas (fresh/frozen)
  • 5 Green chillies chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste



Method:
  1. Heat a pan add oil, when hot add green chillies and peas.
  2. Fry them well. Be careful as the peas try to pop.
  3. When the peas is slightly roasted add the poha.
  4. Keep stirring as the poha will burn at bottom.
  5. When the poha is crisp, add little salt, as poha is salty by itself.
  6. Mix well and transfer to a bowl.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Crunchy, sweet and spicy.
  9. Great with chai !!!
