Onion Rasam

  • 1/2 cup Red Onions finely chopped
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 lemon size Tamarind
  • 2 cups Water
  • Salt to taste

  1. Soak tamarind in hot water. Remove the extract from it and keep aside.
  2. Now take a bowl add the tamarind extract, onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  3. Squeeze them all well.
  4. Now add water to it and add salt.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Serve with hot steamed rice.
