Rasam Powder

Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Pepper corns
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 4 Red chillies
  • 1 tsp Toor dal
  • 1 tsp Chana dal
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 4 Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds



Method:
  1. Heat a pan and dry roast all the ingredients together till you get nice aroma.
  2. Do not burn it, roast lightly.
  3. Cool it.
  4. Grind to a fine powder.
  5. Store in an air tight container.
  6. Use this powder to make Rasam.
