- 1 tsp Pepper corns
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4 Red chillies
- 1 tsp Toor dal
- 1 tsp Chana dal
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 4 Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
Method:
- Heat a pan and dry roast all the ingredients together till you get nice aroma.
- Do not burn it, roast lightly.
- Cool it.
- Grind to a fine powder.
- Store in an air tight container.
- Use this powder to make Rasam.
