- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Oil
Method:
- Boil the eggs with water for 10mins.
- Remove the outer shell of the eggs.
- Slightly cut on four sides of the eggs, so that the masala are absorbed to the inner part of the eggs.
- Heat a pan, add oil, when hot add ginger garlic paste.
- Add chili powder, turmeric and salt and fry them well.
- Now add the eggs and fry them well by tossing.
- Remove to a serving bowl and serve.
