- 4 Bread Slices
- 1 Capsicum (sliced)
- 1 Tomato (sliced)
- 2 Red Onions (sliced)
- 2 Carrots shredded
- 4 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce or any Chili sauce
Method:
- Preheat oven to 500 F.
- Place the bread slices on the flat baking tray.
- Spread the pizza sauce or chili sauce on the bread evenly.
- Spread onions, tomato, capsicum and carrots.
- Now spread the cheese generously on top of the bread.
- Place it in the middle rack of the oven.
- Bake at 500 F until the cheese is melted and slightly turned brown.
- Remove it and transfer to the plate.
- Serve hot.
I think these pizzas will be great for breakfast lunch and dinner!They are definitely yum yummmm!
