Tortilla Egg Rolls

Ingredients:
  • 2 Tortilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tomato chopped
  • 4 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste



Method:
  1. Heat a pan, add oil, when hot break the eggs and add chili powder and salt.
  2. Mix well and roast to make scrambled eggs.
  3. Now heat an other pan, toast the tortillas.
  4. Take a tortilla, add scrambled eggs in the center, add onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
  5. Roll the tortillas and place in a griller.
  6. Grill it for a minute and serve hot.
  7. Enjoy this easy making egg tortillas.
