- 1 bowl Milk
- 1 tsp Curd / yogurt
Method:
- Boil the milk and allow it to cool.
- The milk should be still warm, add the curd or yogurt to it and mix well.
- Now close the lid and leave it untouched for 2-3 hours.
- Now once the milk has become thick, keep refrigerated for 1 hour.
- Now you will have a thick curd.
- Enjoy.
Note:
- When making the curd the milk should be warm not hot or cold.
