- 1 cup Oranges
- 1 cup Apples chopped
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- 1 cup Cucumber chopped
- 1 cup Red cabbage chopped
- 1 cup Carrot shredded
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 2 tbsp White vinegar / Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finley chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Freshly ground peppercorns
Method:
- Put all these ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
- Vegetables can be added more of once choice.
- Enjoy this Highly raw crunchy, nutty, sweet, salty and spicy salad.
